After acquiring Conversen, Experian Marketing Services (now Cheetah Digital), integrated the Conversen cross-channel marketing automation platform into their larger suite of solutions.
Platform Integration
Led the initiative to integrate the Conversen and Cheetah SaaS platforms and coached the Product Development team from prototype development to production roll-out of the integrated platform.

Global Team Leadership
Led a team of eight Product Managers overseeing six development teams across France, Germany, Malaysia, and the U.S., assigned responsibilities, reviewed feature specifications and wireframes, conducted performance evaluations, and provided coaching.


Developed a phased roadmap offering multiple levels of functionality at each development stage while integrating platforms into a single hybrid platform, which included coordinating with sales teams to onboard clients in alignment with platform releases and customer needs.

Led UX designers on wireframes and mock-ups of new hybrid screens to conduct a complete re-write of the UX, which led to the adoption new workflows supporting both marketing and technical users.

Served as a product evangelist for the development of new features, interfaced with internal stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams, and built a consensus for product roadmaps and timelines.

Sold integrated SaaS platforms to client accounts and led the migration from a legacy platform to a hybrid platform in under one year.
